Agglomerated pressed cork in rolls (thickness 2 mm).
Cork underlay is a rolled material consisting of agglomerated cork (milled bark of cork oak). Cork underlay is one of the widely spread solutions in the field of flooring, which is used for acoustic, vibration and thermal insulation of the so called 'floating floors' (laminate and parquet floor). Cork underlay is practically unaffected by deformation; it maintains long term usage, keeps the original thickness and properly performs its insulating functions.
It is widely used as underlay for floating floors (laminate and parquet) and also as heat and acoustic insulation material for concrete floor slabs and also in arrangement of underfloor heating. There are other possible ways of application.
